We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for your return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the purchaser will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. We will accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds 

We do not provide cash refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically issue store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping fees.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received by our Distribution Center.
